Polypropylene pipes/composites
Polypropylene is a thermoplastic propylene polymer produced in the presence of catalysts. The material is chemically resistant and cannot cope only with very aggressive chemicals. The melting point of polypropylene starts from 176 degrees, the material does not collapse at a constant temperature, up to 140 degrees. Thanks to these properties, polypropylene is widely used in the field of heating and water supply.
Also, an important advantage is the ease of installation of polypropylene pipes. Polypropylene pipes are installed using socket welding.
For installation you will need polypropylene fittings and welding tools.
The service life of plastic sewerage pipes made of polypropylene reaches 50 years in networks with a medium at room or cold temperatures, and 30 years if the medium is supplied at a temperature of 80-90°C.
